I called Robin at Pearce & Dale to arrange a viewing of a Porsche 997 and later that afternoon I'd been to see it in their fabulous showroom. Robin's knowledge of Porches is clear to see and I also really enjoyed his enthusiasm. We agreed a price and Robin took care of everything else including the removal of a private plate, a new MOT and a full tank of petrol. He even kindly collected me from home and ran me over to pickup the car later that week. Despite having previously owned other Porsche models, Robin still undertook a formal handover explaining some of things I was unfamiliar with and ensuring I was happy with the condition of the car. He then called me after the weekend to ensure I was still happy and to answer any follow-up questions I might have had. I would certainly have no concerns recommending Pearce and Dale and in particular Robin to friends and family and will certainly be a returning customer in the future. Thank you for a very professional service.

I was in the market for a Tesla Model 3 and had pretty well made up my mind to buy a blue one I had seen. Then a red one popped up on the Internet and it was from Pearce and Dale. And it was long range!I contacted them and spoke to Robin Simpson. It turned out to be his car.I was very impressed with his professionalism and after discussing the car for a short time we agreed a price.I made arrangements to go up and have a look at the car and Robin met me at Bletchley Rail Station. Needless to say I bought the car and drove it home the same day.I found the whole experience excellent and dealing with Robin was a pleasure. I wouldn't think twice about buying another car from them in the future and can recommend them without hesitation.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Robin. The car was exquisite when I picked it up, and in spite of me taking a little longer than we'd hoped to get the finance in place, Robin was helpful and patient throughout. He and his colleagues clearly take great pleasure in the cars they have access to, as they're flawless when you actually see them.

A truly excellent experience. Robin was brilliant from the minute I made contact. No pressured selling and full honesty throughout. Pearce and Dale offer wonderful cars with real exclusivity and are beautifully presented. Very happy customer who would highly recommend.

This has been the most enjoyable and satisfying experience I have had in purchasing a car (and I’ve been driving for 40 years)! From the initial phone call to driving away in my new car, Robin provided a very personal and attentive service. Not to mention the car itself, presented in immaculate condition and driving beautifully. Full marks too for the car’s description on the company website, which included a full listing of its service history. Finally great response to my after-sales queries, something that doesn’t always happen once you’ve made the bank transfer!

Pearce and Dale Automotive are 5 star all the way. We recently purchased a car from Robin and the service was absolutely excellent. I am unable to fault them in any way. Nothing was too much trouble and Robin took care of everything, all we had to do was take delivery of the fabulous car. Without a doubt Pearce and Dale are the simply the best. There are 3 pillars of great customer experience, speed, advocacy and trust. You need to build a relationship with your customer to achieve this. From the moment I made an initial phone call Robin understood my needs, was responsive and provided relaxed environment to chat cars in general before giving me the low down on the Porsche that I was interested in. I was seriously impressed by the quality of vehicles in his possession. The dealer network frequently disappoints because you are being treated like a transaction rather than an asset. Hanging out with Robin and talking cars was fun, so much so that I bought the car and almost bought another. I have asked Robin to act as my advocate in sourcing future vehicles and look forward to continuing my association. For information I do not write reviews unless I am genuinely impressed by my experience.
