Now in its 8th Generation, The power output and efficiency of the horizontally opposed engine have been once again increased in the new 911. The engine mounts have also been positioned closer to the centre of the vehicle. This reduces vibrations and increases driving stability. But you will still feel the power of the 3.0 litre six-cylinder twin-turbo engine with its 331 kW (450 PS), we promise, the maximum torque of 530 Nm alone will make sure of that. On this basis, the new 911 Carrera S reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) with Sport Chrono Package and Launch Control in a mere 3.4 seconds. Top speed is not achieved until 190 mph.
