I bought a 911 Turbo from Pearce and Dale last week and went through the process directly with Robin.From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, the initial call I had with him was informative with no "sell", arranging to see the car was easy and he made time for me to come without being distracted.The showroom is immaculate and if you are a bit of a petrol head the stock he has is incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Robin, at no point did I feel I was being sold to, no pressure at all.The car was presented beautifully for my collection, spotlessly clean, prepped to the highest standard so I left with a full tank of fuel and a smile on my face.It's clear Robin is very selective of which cars he sells, the 911 I bought was one of the best looked after in the country with a full book of invoices and service history.I will be using Robin again in the future no doubt, it's rare to find a car dealer that you feel you can build a long standing relationship with, I feel I have found one in Robin.If you are in the market for a high end car, Pearce and Dale should be the place you call.

The service I received from first contact to last was absolutely first-class. Robin couldn't have been more helpful throughout - he agreed a fair trade-in value on my car over the phone and upheld it after walking round my vehicle. He took the time to fully explain the Tesla, and ensure I had my app set up on my phone and configured correctly to control the car. I would definitely use P&D again, and encourage anyone else to give them a try.

Just bought a Tesla from Pearce and Dale, Robin could not have been more helpful, he went through everything in detail about how Tesla's work and set the car up for both of us, he has continued to give advice if we are not sure what we are doing. We had a small issue with regards to the paintwork, i highlighted it with Robin and he arranged for the work to be done, on the first day i stupidly caught the wheel on a kerb and because of the slight issue with the paint Robin sorted the wheel for me at no charge. i highly recommend Pearce and DaleAndrew and Heidi

Best car buying experience ever. No pressure selling or pushing extras such as gap insurance, just a relaxed look over the car. Robin is a very friendly and knowledgeable car enthusiast and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole buying process. I bought a Tesla and he spent a lot of time going through everything and setting it up for both me and my wife to drive. After sales service is excellent too. Robin contacted me a few days after purchase. I had a couple of questions which he answered then the following day he made and sent a video to explain fully. When I decide to change this car Pearce & Dale will definitely be my first port of call.

Doing deal with Robin is a great pleasure, the whole process is very smooth. Before purchasing the car from him, I was about to buy a car from CarGiant, and had my viewing scheduled, but when I got there (1.5hrs driving), I got told the car was gone, and staff was very rude as well. Then I found this gem from Pearce & Dale, call them straight-away, negotiated a deal to trade in my old car, Robin did not even ask for a deposit !On the exchange day, the car was prepared like in a proper first class show room, charged, washed, waxed, for a 2-year old car, it just looks brand new. Robin took me through the entire process, setup, transfer of the key etc, all very smooth and pleasant.I was a bit nervous at first, because all my previous cars were all deal approved used; but this experience has made me very happy, and I have recommended the company to my friend as well, I will not hesitate to buy from them again !

Wanting to downsize to a small city car I searched many places for a VW Up! GTi. My search ended with Pearce & Dale and it must have been my lucky day. The proprietor Robin was a delight to deal with and made the buying experience a pleasure. All the more so bearing in mind my car, albeit beautifully presented, was well to the bottom end of his stock of cars. If he has the car for you then do not miss the experience. Not only are all the cars perfectly presented but Robin's car knowledge is first class. There are not many things that would drag me 100 miles including the M25 and the M1 but this was the exception!

I called Robin at Pearce & Dale to arrange a viewing of a Porsche 997 and later that afternoon I'd been to see it in their fabulous showroom. Robin's knowledge of Porches is clear to see and I also really enjoyed his enthusiasm. We agreed a price and Robin took care of everything else including the removal of a private plate, a new MOT and a full tank of petrol. He even kindly collected me from home and ran me over to pickup the car later that week. Despite having previously owned other Porsche models, Robin still undertook a formal handover explaining some of things I was unfamiliar with and ensuring I was happy with the condition of the car. He then called me after the weekend to ensure I was still happy and to answer any follow-up questions I might have had. I would certainly have no concerns recommending Pearce and Dale and in particular Robin to friends and family and will certainly be a returning customer in the future. I was in the market for a Tesla Model 3 and had pretty well made up my mind to buy a blue one I had seen. Then a red one popped up on the Internet and it was from Pearce and Dale. And it was long range!I contacted them and spoke to Robin Simpson. It turned out to be his car.I was very impressed with his professionalism and after discussing the car for a short time we agreed a price.I made arrangements to go up and have a look at the car and Robin met me at Bletchley Rail Station. Needless to say I bought the car and drove it home the same day.I found the whole experience excellent and dealing with Robin was a pleasure. This has been the most enjoyable and satisfying experience I have had in purchasing a car (and I’ve been driving for 40 years)! From the initial phone call to driving away in my new car, Robin provided a very personal and attentive service. There are 3 pillars of great customer experience, speed, advocacy and trust. You need to build a relationship with your customer to achieve this. From the moment I made an initial phone call Robin understood my needs, was responsive and provided relaxed environment to chat cars in general before giving me the low down on the Porsche that I was interested in. I was seriously impressed by the quality of vehicles in his possession. The dealer network frequently disappoints because you are being treated like a transaction rather than an asset. Hanging out with Robin and talking cars was fun, so much so that I bought the car and almost bought another. I have asked Robin to act as my advocate in sourcing future vehicles and look forward to continuing my association.
